I have a Bakers cyst which has now become quite large. This stops me exercising and impacts my everyday life.

Anybody know what I can do to alleviate the pain?

I currently take Duloxatine for fibro and pre Gabalin, paracetamol.

Advice please, thanks so much

The NHS do not want to know about bakers cysts. Personally I aspirate my bakers cyst when it becomes really painful, and have been for a number of years. My knee has become much less stiff and the number of aspirations over the past year much less often. The surgeon that was to replace both my knees has taken me off the list as from last November because the knee pain is so much better.

Thank you, I would prefer to have it aspirated rather than operating as well. Am also doing gentle yoga which seems to help. Thanks again
