I work and have an active life (keep myself busy). Head pains are a recent problem - is that stress? Not like a headache that stays? These pains move about intermittently :( & really are causing a woorry. I am havng Osteopathy for the first time tomorrow I hope it helps.

I have CREST too - I have a very active life as well but I must admit I have never been as tired as I have recently. I think it's probably my own fault though - I am up at 5am in the week and I have a pretty busy and stressful job. I am out every night of the week training at the gym and doing martial arts and I train for many an hour!! I never get to bed early! I also moved out of home a couple of months ago so the weekends are a bit busy with house stuff - shopping, cleaning etc. My partner says I am a workaholic potterer - he laughs at me because I'm always finding something to do. Sometimes he says I should just sit down and relax - that's probably what I would advise too but doing it yourself is a bit different. Sometimes I push myself harder when I am tired - my stubborn side I guess??!! What kind of pains do you get - can you describe them? Good luck with your treatment - let us know if it helps.

Hi Emma2 I iknow what you mean - push yourself almost in denial that perhaps you should be resting !

The pains - Dr says its Neuralgia ( nerve pains) they move about Not pleasant plus they are in my ears - difficult to describe - Osteopathy later will let you kknow what happens ! You take care thanks for taking the time to reply :)

Emma2 - WOW the osteopathy was amazing - I am going back next week for another session :)

Head pains still iffy BUT I know that this treatment has loosened up some of the tightness in my skull - all a bit surreal but def. worth a try. How are you ?
