Toes concern

Hi, has anyone ever had chilblains but only on one foot and a few toes? I've googled and the symptoms do match, on my big toe and the two near it, I'm having swellings and they are tender, shiny and itchy and the creams aren't helping much. I asked about the one foot part because of feeling concerned that it wasn't chilblains but something else?

I have a problem with one big toe. The end is purple most of the time, even in the summer and I have had severe chilblains on it. They are like purple blisters but do not itch like ordinary chilblains. They are however extremely painful to touch. My rheumatologist has prescribed lacidipine 40mg but it doesn't appear to be very effective.
