Pain in legs

On holiday I was diagnosed with cellulitis. I was given clindamycin and the redness and swelling reduced quickly. 2 months later however I’ve been left with pain in both legs that stops me walking and doing any exercise. Ive been checked out with doctors who are at a loss to explain what it is. They think it’s a legacy of the cellulitis and that it will eventually go away! Anyone else had this?
