I had very similar sorrs to these. Some of the speed combined to make larger lesions. Definitely related to my scleroderma.... rheumatologist and dermatologist both thought they were calcinosis breaking through my skin. As soon as I got them dressed and treated through the dermatologist we were able to catch them before they caused too much scarring

Thank you so much !!!! I have been thinking (they must have calcinosis) ... But my Rhematologist has never really looked at the places on my *arms an other parts of my body* .... I believe , all the Splinter's I have been *digging out of my fingers* have been there same thing's......... But I couldn't put it together.... Thank you so much.... 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

Sorry about the autocorrect ..... sorrs and speed were both supposed to say sores.! You mentioned splinters and my dermatologist referred to mine as crystals. I was expecting calcinosis to be bigger lumps or like toothpaste as others have described it, so didn't make the connection myself.I will try to post some photos of my scars tomorrow so you can see how similar they are. X

I have these on my chest & back, they start out itching then later that day I have a sore.

I was diagnosed with RA but, my Dad had scleroderma & I’m going to see a dermatologist to check my skin because of the tightening, sores etc.
