Pain in feet and hands/ Raynauds and tarsal tunnel

Needing suggestions- I recently was diagnosed with Raynauds as well as tarsal tunnel. I’ve been prescribed gabepentin which hasn’t done much at all except knock me out at night. I suffer all day and all night from sharp, pin needle, burning, shooting pain in my feet. Especially in my heels, I saw vascular doc- arteries checked out fine. The doctors also said I have circulation issues, but at this point all they have done is given cortisone shots. So far it’s not done anything to help the pain. It’s excruciating. I’ve always been healthy, the last two years this has all come on suddenly. I also have pain in my hands, spasms in my fingers and stiffness like my veins are going to pop on the tops of my hands.... any advice? I’ve had an EMG done which showed nerve damage in my feet. Otherwise, I feel like this is an endless cycle that I’ll just live with
