Hi, I have never had any bad side effects from having the Flu Jab. I have a list of medical health problems and take quite a mixture of tablets.

I have never had a problem with the flu jab, some have the odd side effect like aches, shivering and general fluey feelings but they only last a day or two. Definately worth having

Hi, I have been on azathioprine since Nov 2013 and have had no side effects. I have also had the flu jab every year since then and again had no side effects.

It is definitely worth trying. If you do get side effects from the azathioprine you can stop it and replace with another drug. Good luck

I have Raynauds and have been having the flu jab every year for several years without any side effects. I take loads of other medication for Systemic Sclerosis, blood pressure, vascular disease, in fact quite a cocktail of stuff without any side effects. I space them out through the day and never take anything on an empty stomach. Just follow the instructions on the medication. I would add that most medication instructions detail the worst possible things that might happen but though alarming adverse side effects are very very rare. Try not to worry.

You do not have to get a flu shot. It is always your choice. Research treatment for Raynaud's. I take Niacin, 500 mgs, about five times daily. Twin Labs brand is the best and you can buy it at the Vitamin Shoppe. Please, "Niacin, the Real Story". Please try healthier alternatives. Take care and stay in touch.

There is a Difference between live vaccines and not live vaccines. Live vaccines are not recommended because immunosuppressed for example the flu must the vaccine in the nose because it contains live virus. The shots do not contain live virus and are generally considered acceptable for those on auto immune meds. Check with ur doctor.
