Hi,

Just wondering if any one is taking any Vitamins and do they help.

I have been advised to take Omega 3 and Glucosamine.

Hi there...

Yes, I take Omega 3's, GF Glucosamine DS, Turmeric/Curcumin, D3's and Rx level Folic Acid w/Turmeric. All these I take daily and my Rheumatologist also suggested my going on a Gluten Free diet to further minimize inflammation (which I might add) has helped tremendously.

Thanks for the reply.

I take the tumeric in milk and have been taking black seeds approx 7 - they are tiny hard to get 7 on a spoon.

Yes i have also read about the gluten free diet - what type of foods are you eating.

If you dont mind me asking which form of schelorderma do you have? I have a lot of skin involvement and intimmittent joint pain in shoulders.
