Sore tongue

Hi folks, jut need to share this with you, I read somewhere that coconut oil mixed with turmeric can help with the yellow tinge to your teeth that you get with reflux. I have given this a try and it hasn't done much for my teeth but my tongue that has been sore for a couple of weeks is no longer painful, anything is worth a try and it worked for me.

Thank you, yes tongue has been fine and I believe it is working on my teeth as well now.

You do need to make it fresh each time for it to be of any benefit.

Hope all is going well for you, warp up as cold weather is on the way, layers are back out.
