Mostly fingers are red and pruney whether they be warm or cold. Fingertips also look a bit swollen when not pruney. Soles of feet red to bright red. No pain. Little worried about scleroderma. Anyone else raynauds act like this? Also palms bright red when down on sides. Redness gets worse in shower and warm and when I use my hands a lot.

Raynauds at 47? I'm a little concerned because my raynauds doesn't act like normal raynauds.
Who said that there was a "normal" Raynaud"? It doesn't sound like scleroderma.
Guess because mine are mostly red cold or warm and affect my palms and soles of feet. And my fingers get wrinkly when cold. Regular Dr and Rheum can't agree. So just confused. Heat makes them more red. Occasionally my fingers blanch a tad white but that's it.
Hi I have both raynauds and erythromelalgia and I go to royal free hospital for illoprost infusions had my third one in August been told what I have is not life threatening and my antibodies good so safe from scleroderma but I also have early menopause which when theses three are combined is like living hell I use fan to chew gum and drink water to help dry throat and the symptoms you state sound similar to mine basically after my hysterectomy the em got much worse and now it's hell with both of these ask if you can get referred by your doctor to royal free hospital in London hope this helps ! also now I have to get infusions twice a year for life some people supportive but still a lot of ignorance as people think all in your head the pain isn't sometimes the pain just wants to make you scream I try to help others if I can if it looks like they may have this without knowing it this website supports us all in the hospital I have met lovely patients some like me others with scleroderma lovely brave people .
