I have Raynauds and I have tried acupuncture for this but this hasn't seemed to work for me. Acupuncture did however work for the inflammation and I would highly recommend acupuncture for this.

I am keen to find out what meridians were used for successful Raynauds patients on acupuncture treatment, how often were treatments and how was it successful? When you stopped acupuncture, did the Raynauds return?

I have had acupuncture lots and yes it helps

But not Nhs type let's just put this needle in the skin.

But the private type lets stick this pin in until it hits the nerve ends type , you know the painful type !

In my hands and feet the needles are placed between the fingers toes and inserted deep.

Relief is normally in the days after and last for weeks ,
