FET success stories
Hey guys, I’m just looking for some success stories to help me hold onto hope. I’ve started started elleste solo to prep for my first FET hopefully on 19th oct (scan on 13th will confirm). Are there many that were successful from the first transfer? 🙏🏼 I’m really excited but nerves and fright

HRT options
Hello All, I had the Mirena coil (IUD) since starting menopause and was taking oral oestrogen HRT in addition for the hot flushes (nearly 10 years now). I was on Elleste solo 1mg, which I only took every 3-4 days, as I found this dose was okay for controlling the flushes, if I took more my breasts

Valium alternatives
So while in hospital for my barrage of tests etc I was taking high doses of slow K and slow Mag morning and night (magnesium and potassium) and Thiamine (high dose in the morning) and Valium in the morning and at night. The supplements I’ll get a clearer picture of from my nephrologist that originally

Away for Easter
Well, my daughter persuaded me to drive me and my husband up to Yorkshire in our motorhome ( the very same one that dropped on my husbands head) to have a relaxing few days with them. I was excited that I'd managed it and looked forward to the lovely weekend, only it couldn't be like that for us. Husband

I’d had a week off of work and spent it resting and had a massage but I feel exactly the same as before. It doesn’t seem to matter how well I sleep I’m the same level of tired. My headache is

Still in the unknown
Hi everyone, I've made two posts before here but I am still having issues and not sure what to do. I don't want to annoy anyone so apologies if this does in anyway. Long story: I've been suffering on/off with light headed / loss of vision(rare) / sweating(sometimes I sweat for no reason under arms) /

Slowly doing a Christmas bingo tick recovery 5K 🎶🎄🎅
Felt like I needed to run a slow 5K today just to keep the legs moving after a stressful late night working led to problems getting to sleep, I'm tired today 😴... so I set off with coach Bennett's cold run and Michael Bublé's Christmas as background music 😁 I sang along to Santa Claus is Coming to

Pharmacy changed my HRT patch strength
Everol 75 v Elleste Solo MX 80ug It seems they’ve differing strengths of estradiol I’d appreciate any advice. They just changed it as they couldn’t get Evoral brand

Advice please from you more experienced runners
Ten days ago I posted to celebrate having at last run a 5k in less than 40 minutes which (for a snail like me) was very happy making. The following day I woke with a very sore hip which my running daughter thought might be a problem with the IT band. So I carefully did lots of stretching of IT band

Advise please... Endo and menopause
Thanks for reading my previous posts, your advice and words of support has really helped me. Since February I’ve had a MRI, Gastroscopy & Flexi Sigmoidoscopy, CT scan, ultrasound, internal scan all come back satisfactory. 💊These are what medication I’ve had colofac, Mefenamic Acid, Oral Capsule 500mg
