I have a problem of falling asleep and also waking up. How much ever I may be tired or not slept for a day I cannot fall sleep easily. At the same time once I cannot wake up early or I wake up depressed most of the days. Please some one help me with this condition since I’m facing a lot of problems with my mental health too. Please help me 🙏

There could be so many reasons for this it's hard to know what to advise. Have you talked to your doctor? It certainly sounds as if stress is part, or maybe more than that, of the problem - and then of course lack of sleep causes more stress .. and so it goes on.
One thing you might try is melatonin as it's a natural supplement rather than a prescription drug. Other than that, and seeing your doctor, I guess the standard "eat healthily and exercise" advice will always apply!
