Yes, I’ve had this before it’s awful. Honestly I needed sleeping pills to just knock me out. I had to go to the emergency room and get it the first time I had insomnia and didn’t sleep for 3 days.

I have to take ambien every night. I also sleep in total darkness with a fan on to drown out any little noise that might wake me up.

You can try taking magnesium either oil or orally, or drink valerian tea. But if your insomnia is this bad then just get a sleeping pill

Stay way from caffeine and anything with caffeine. I had to stop all caffeine because I have anxiety real bad. Its helps some. Try not to let your mind race. I like to keep my room cold at night and it helps alot
