Anyone taking this? Started on 15mg now on 30mg. My sleep has definitely improved but I really don’t feel myself. Any help would be appreciated

Have any of the following helped or you've tried: 25-50mg Benedryl or Doxylamine(Antihistamine like one of the properties of Mirtazapine, anticholenergic), 3+mg melatonin per night(not as needed),50-100mg Trazadone*(serotonin 2A blocker one of the similar properties of mirtazapine, adrenal 1A blocker), 25-75mg Hydroxyzine(both antihistamine and mild serotonin 2A blocker), 0.1-0.2mg Clonidine(adrenal 2A/C Agonist blocks norepinephrine release, which is opposite to one property of mirtazapine), 50-100mg Seroquel**( Antihistamine, serotonin 2A blocker, Adrenal 1A blocker), or Agomelatine***(melatonin agonist and serotonin 2C blocker).

* can cause headaches/migraines

**personally last non-GABAergic resort

*** clinical trials in US or available in UK/AU

or I could recommend some supplements/herbs, a few websites about supplement use.

here are a few I've tried: 3g Glycine, Magnesium glycinate with 30-50mg Zinc, 2g Taurine, 5-HTP (if not on an antidepressant), Magnolia Bark extract 90+% honokiol(works similar to a benzo without the nasty effects and can help anxiety), Valerian root extract (at least 4:1)

not recomended unless you have to benzos/nonbenzos(ambien), Phenibut or gabapentin (loses effect and addictive like benzos, but good for those extra tough nights like benzos lol). Kava-Kava(benzo-like) again not recommended for similar reasons and become slight chance of heptotoxicity), Kratom(opiate receptor agonist, can be addictive, loses effect, too much makes you throw up but then feel better, good if getting off opiates).

message me for any clarifications or if you want more choices I know seems like a lot but I've tried all of these, and combos, I'm only 22 Insomnia runs in my blood and coffee calms me down haha)
