Having had Sleep Apnea for 78 years I would guess you could be correct, but the Sleep Clinic will be able to tell immediately. At the moment the standard treatment is a CPAP machine, and a mask, both very successful. Some people do have difficulty in wearing the mask, but always consult with the very competent staff, who,s advice will be stellar. Good luck

Sound like I was! OSA confirmed, CPAP supplied and now I sleep 7 - 8 hours a night. As Lybra says, it does take some tolerance to get used to the mask but it's worth the effort!

Good luck
