Hello I am new here! I have been struggling with anxiety for the past couple of months and have also been struggling with sleep. I get these wierd vibration feelings in my head and chest when I try to fall asleep and also when I wake up from sleeping, I can feel it in my head and chest mostly but I've also been experiencing it during the day in my chest, abdomen, and legs. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond it is greatly appreciated!

Try supplementing magnesium. It is vital for our nervous system, very low in our soils so that most of us ar deficient in it. It is further depleted when we are stressed. Take a good one, and enough. Most high street brands are completley useless - they contain magnesium oxide whi ch we don't absorb well at all. Magnesium citrate maybe , or mag cit with an occasional magnesium threonate. Magnesium glycinate or malate if you have a sensitive digestive system. I take at least 1,500 mag cit daily, sometimes much more. Also make sure that you have enough vit D (sunshine), and selenium. Both essential for magnesium absorbtion.
I get panic attacks if I am really low in magnesium.
