Hi I'm new and 3 weeks ago I had the above operation due to acid reflux, I'm now having difficulty sleeping and only get 3-4 hrs sleep a night, this is really getting me down now and I'm tired and down because I can't just lie down and sleep, I've been given sleeping tablets three times now and there not working. Anyone one else had this op or the not sleeping ? Any ideas would be welcome I just wanna sleep again.

Melatonin ! It is a supplement and that is what I use every night to sleep. It works well too.
In your case, you may want to go see a psychiatrist who listens to you to help you understand the reason why you are not sleeping. My guess is anxiety is keeping you up, but I am not a doctor.
