Humid Climate

I just came back from a month in a dry climate to a very humid climate. I am exhausted and have a lot more pain. Anyone else ever notice this? Thanks. Bugga

I find the humidity is harder on me, also. When it is so dry in the winter, it is recommended to use a humidifier but every time I have tried one, I ended up all stuffed up and uncomfortable.

Even though most people complain of the humidity, my eyes are so much better with higher humidity. One of my daughters lives in New Mexico where the humidity averages around 30%. The humidity on planes are less, 20 %. So when I visit her, I have a terrible time with my eyes. I use humidifiers, protective glasses. Just dealing with it wears me out. Since fatigue is one of Sjogren’s symptoms, travel bothers me more now than before. I am exhausted upon returning and need a couple of days to recover.
