America and Canada have been using evoxac(cevimeline)for dry mouth with good results does anyone know of its use in australia?

adleybra - I have just recently found out that Pilocarpine is available in Australia. It is the main ingredient in Salagen & apparently stimulates saliva flow just like Evoxac. Script needs to be made up at a compounding pharmacy. It's not on the PBS so it's not real cheap. Hope this helps.

I have used Pilocarpine eye drops x2 in small amount water as mouth wash, it helps a little.Directed by GP
