Hi, I suffer from several auto immune syndromes, but find now the Sjogren's is giving me a bad time.I have severe pain in my legs & feet. Have tried most of the medication & find it doesn't agree with me. Just reading other people have the same symptoms help me to cope.

Hi Fairy grandmother - I have several autoimmune diseases too including Sjogrens.. I get pain in my feet and legs as well, but usually Tramadol will take care of it. NSAIDs might work (I LOVE them!) if you can tolerate them (I can't unfortunately).

If you are looking for more natural pain control, one thing that works for me is to make or buy a pain control oil. I just gently melt some EV coconut oil, and Essential Oils of lavender, thyme, peppermint and rosemary. It works well, although it won't last as long as say some Voltaren Gel. Just don't use the oils without coconut or some other carrier oil as they can be too strong...

There is another product in the herbal world call lactuca virosa (wild lettuce). It is called the "morphine of the herbal world" and it is a pretty good pain reliever. Just either buy the tincture and take that, or get the leaves and make a tea out of it. Sorry I can't help more than that. Good luck with the pain control
