I have had Sjogrens for about 25years
I have been diagnosed with Sjogrens for 20yrs at the age of 21, but had ill health throughout my childhood too.
Yes IvyChandra me too always sickly as a child too also as adult, but I try to do my best to laugh and joke about it! If I didn’t I’d cry alone! Godspeed
I was diagnosed with Sjogrens since 1994
Diagnosed with RA in 1987 and Sjogren's 7 years later. I had dry eyes first, and was told it was Sjogren's but didn't have a proper diagnosis until 1995.
I was diagnosed in 2011 but i did some digging into my previous medical history and had positive ANA SSa and SSb in 2004 but was never told.
Dry eyes, absolutely no tearing for more than 8 years, and diagnosed just a year ago.
Diagnose at age 22.

When I was diagnosed, I was told sjogrens RO was in my blood 10 yrs ago. I had not been told. Shame, really because I suffered very, very, much trying to keep up, perform well at work.
I was diagnosed with Sjögren's secondary to RA a few years ago but rediagnosed with primary Sjögren's last year after my ANA turned clear positive and lip biopsy showed 100% positive. I'm hypothyroid too and, in reality I believe I've had it for most of my life.
Hi I was Diagnosed about 3 years ago! As a child had JRA Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, and looking back had Sojerns too! Always was being tested for diabetes due to always being thirsty and dry mout for many years! Dx’d With RA as adult and APS or Sticky Blood! They said I had APS All my life! Always sickly as a child and hospitalized and released without ever knowing what caused my illnesses! Always a mister! Till I had to loose my leg!
Actually for me it was more than 30yrs ago. Initially it was referred to as "extremely dry eyes" problem as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Reynauds and Hashimoto. It has become much worse the last few years.

Approximately 2008 via lip biopsy. Results explained all of the years of anomalies.
Onset of symptoms in my late 20s.

Likely had it all my life. I was diagnosed at 19 with fibromyalgia and IBS-D. I am now 63. I’ve been trying to get the fibromyalgia diagnosis removed from charts since upon diagnosis my rheumatologist said I really had Sjogren’s all this time.
