I use it.. it's awesome ..no pain crises in 2 years..the zinc and virid is good too

I have recently started using it and I feel a significant difference. I am taking Evenflo as well as folic acid, iron, vitamin D. I have the trait btw.
What does Evenflo helps with? I have trait also and I take all of the above (plus vitamin C) except it.
