In the UK, there will be a junior doctors strike, starting on Wednesday February 10th. Here's some information about how the strike could affect you.

-It runs from 8am on Wednesday 10th February until 8am on Thursday 11th February, i.e. for 24 hours.

-During this period routine appointments and scheduled operations might be cancelled. If your appointment or operation has been cancelled, your hospital probably will have contacted you already. If you haven't heard anything, it's probably still going ahead, so go in as normal.

-Emergency care and the A&E will be as normal. If you have a crisis or other health emergency, you'll still be treated.
