Im 23 an i have sickle cell trait . At age 11 i had a stroke an at the age of 21 a pulmonary embolism. Every once in a while my legs hurt really bad to the point where I can't walk on them. I wonder if my sisickle cell trait is the cause of all of it please someone help me.

Unfortunately we don't have your medical notes so it's not possible to help like that. While having trait can make things worse you may have other conditions as well. You need to keep well hydrated, a healthy weight, exercise daily and have a healthy diet.
