Hello i would say to go doctor if pain proceeds. Another thing drink lots a water. Try eating protien and milk helps with bones. This seems like an sickle cell crisis. Make sure to tell doctors etc. When having sickle cell crisis get lots of rest and another thing that helped me is carrot juice it is really good for sickle cell problems.dont work yourself to hard our bodies need rest especially when you're dealing with sickle cell trait.

It is true that some people have pain with the trait. Have a Frank talk with you doctor. Heat packs, Motrin, and avoiding your triggers will help. Some triggers may be cold weather, not getting quality rest, and avoid stress.

I think now I'm hearing a lot about trait that seems to be like the actual disease ! Can you not have common symptoms ?

Unfortunately, no one can advice on this matter as your symptoms can be the result of so many things. Best if you would go to a physician and relay your symptoms.

Focus on what is most important. Read the NIV of Isaiah 50:6. Then, rejoice and know this is temporary. Your best is still yet to come. Have you ever thought about it? You know, reflected and pondered why, me? OK. Here's the deal. We were never meant to die but in order to live a seed must die first. We are the seeds of old of Father Abraham. We are going to live forever if we trust and believe. Some people want to go to heaven but no one wants to die. It's OK. You are closer to complete healing than you may think. Ventilating with others or expressing how you feel is important, too. But, don't ever forget to rejoice and remember HE chose US we did not choose ourselves.
