What could be wrong?

I have had symptoms of vaginal bleeding lower abdominal pain and bloating for 9 months doctor ordered ca125 its came back quite high and my iron levels are dropping so had a pelvic ultrasound today she said the doctor will phone me with result. I dont have PID endometrios and im not pregnant im 26 does anyone know what could be causing this ?

I had exactly the same Kayley but I was 73. I was fobbed off for 5 months before I even had an ultra sound and a CT scan which showed I had stage 3c OC. This is not always the same diagnosis but please keep your eye on the ball. You’re very young and it could be a lot of things other than OC. I hope so. I have a friend with a similar problem but no bloating and she’s been diagnosed with kidney problems. I feel so much of your pain sweetheart but can’t imagine what’s going on in your precious, young mind right now.

I had post menopausal bleeding, my only symptom. I was 64 years old. After seeing two gynecologists I was sent to a gynecological oncologist and I was scheduled for a hysterectomy. During the hysterectomy they discovered a tumor on my Fallopian tube. I was diagnosed with Fallopian tube cancer, stage 3C. This was over 7 years ago. Following chemo I have been cancer free for 7 years now. The key is to schedule an appointment with a gynecological oncologist ASAP. Hopefully it is not cancer but that is the doctor you want to be doing any surgery you might have. Good luck

Just wait got the CA125 and results. No need to worry until there is something to worry about. We all think the worst. Don’t.

Did you get a abdominal pelvic exam or an intravaginal? I had an over the stomach one done first which didn’t show anything, then I had an internal one done which showed a terrible infection. Maybe go back and ask for an intravaginal.
