Erebuni, There can be many reasons, other than OC reoccurrence, for elevated CA125. Please consult your doctor so they can rule out anything harmful.

Me too, 2nd time. Get your original tumor tissue genetically tested. I pressured my doc who dragged his feet. Turns out I have somatic BRCA1. This is actually good news. Opens up more treatment opportunities. Best of luck to you.
