Stage 3 OC

Hi friend I am currently going through stage 3 OC and was told I have a year left I have two beautiful daughters that's 5yrs old and the older is 11yrs old currently single mom I cried every night thinking when it will be my last day I'm only 33yrs old please help

Did you already have your surgery? I too was diagnosed with stage lllc ovarian cancer...

I have stage 3 overian cancer. It was never mentioned that my time on earth was short. I have been doing carboplatin and drxtrol. My cancer marker has been reduced from 4580 in October 2017 to 14 as of today. Get another opinion. Check CBD oil.

I was diagnosed stage 3c April 2007. I had surgery and 18 chemos. Had no problems for 8 years until I had a recurrence. Had another surgery, radiation and chemo again. I am in treatment much longer than one year.

I feel for you, and although I'm still quite new on here and I check this site for my mother with OC, I noticed that there is good advice on here. Also, when I read DrDu's posts on his site, about aspirin/ ibuprofen it gave me added hope for potential other drugs to try. See if you can search her posts on here. I hope you can find the support you deserve and perhaps a second opinion.

I'm so sorry! Doctors don't always realize the impact of their words. They deal with these things daily and can be "matter of fact" in a frightening way at times. Patients prove doctors "wrong" with survival stories all the time.

The current protocols for treatment are good and well tested. There are new drug trials being added all the time. This sight has great support and info.

Don't give up hope! You have 2 very important reasons to keep fighting. Sending prayers your way.

Kaycho, Please give us more information regarding your diagnosis and treatment. I was diagnosed 3C serous high grade epithelial OC in November of 2015. I am now 17 months in remission.
