I've had ovarian cancer since 2014 and my tumor is going to be tested

To see if I am a candidate for the pills instead of taking Chemo. I'm interested

Yes, the tissue they had could not be used.

Good! And bad, to have to go through it, but tumors change with treatment. This should get more accurate results. Check out Clearity Foundation. They are doing mine.

My tissues were tested and I was HRD positive.

I am on Lynparza 16 pills a day (800mg) and Avastin every 3 weeks. My spots have been dramatically reduced.

I do experience some fatigue, and very slight nausea. Overall not to bad.

that is wonderful news linko! the side effects seem less severe than chemo and it is just a pills you can take at home. how often do you have to visit your doctor? i also tested positive, hoping to go on niraparib soon. i've tried avastin before, but it didn't help me.
