I saw my oncologist yesterday and got my results from my bone scan and ct scan and the results are that everything is stable. Great news.

So happy you got good news, too! I had a scan the end of February and everything looked good and then I just had good blood test results with a lower tumor marker and everything else stable. My doctor said if my scan and bloodwork in July are good, I can go to 6 months for scans. I am saying prayers this will happen.

Congrats on great scans! Had mine in March and I have reached NED (no evidence of disease) after 15 mos on Ibrance and Fulvestrant. Hope to have a long period of remission. I hope you continue to be stable and our meds keep doing their thing. That gift of extra time is priceless!

Frankly I was shocked when I read those words in my scan report. “No evidence of metastatic disease”! Too bad w/ MBC it really only means remission for a time but I’ll take it and celebrate until it rears its ugly head somewhere else. Until a cure is found for this monster we have to enjoy the victories we are given.
