I am always inspired by the stories on this site. It always gives me great hope. Am happy whey maybe I can supply that same hope. Had not had scans for 8 months. I have bone mets. I was diagnosed in October 2019.. Am on Ibrance and Faslodex with quarterly Xgeva shots. Slight uptick in Cancer Antigen. Nothing dramatic but my oncologist wanted scans to confirm all was well. Had CT and Bone Scan. All stable with slight improvement overall. I did not realize how stressed I was until she told me all was going well. Boy did I cry like a baby! Tears of joy. I send healing thoughts and love to each and every one of you warriors fighting this hellish disease. Keep the faith! And thank you for all the wonderful things you post.

Scans are Stable!
That's wonderful! It's very reassuring!
It's why I love this site. Seeing women with great results helps everyone. This journey can be so bleak and terrifying. It's important to show the good!
Hi Andibo,
I have bee on Ibrance (Palbociclib) and Letrozole for a wee bit over two years. I am doing well and have not had any progression to date. I only have slight side effects. I get numbness in my toes - sometimes. And my hair and nails are terrible. I recently startedtaking vitamins for the hair and nail problem and hope it helps. I wish you the best on your journey. I just read Dr. Joe Dispenza's book - You are the Placebo and I am encouraged by his advice - that we have a lot of power to heal ourselves. I have started meditating and believe it will help me stay calm and hopeful. Hugs Marlene
Other than your bones, where is your cancer currently?
That’s great news, and very reassuring as you had slight uptake on your markers.Always lovely to hear the word stable.
Go and celebrate

I was laughing with my husband as I read the initital report and said this is the one time the word "unremarkable" sounds good!
Lovely news ! Hope you can now enjoy the rest of the summer ! I have had 6/8 monthly scans for some time for bone mets too and thankfully stable . Wish you the same for a very long time x
I also had stable scan result this week - first scan after 3 rounds of Capecitebine . This is 'good' as my liver mets were growing fast before that. Bones have been stable for a while. Yay for us!!
great news ... so happy for you !!!!
That’s wonderful news, thanks for sharing! May all of us hear the word ‘stable’ from our oncologist and that our treatment is working!
