It doesn't, but they haven't begun to test every cancer type. It seems that far too often testing isn't done for breast cancer until much later. If I could get my hands on breast milk, I would absolutely have my Mother try it. My gut tells me this could be a real game changer. The scientific community will do what they always do, take the natural form and extract the one component they want to use. Then they'll want to see if they can replicate that component in a lab. Raw unfiltered honey is better than processed honey, I think the same may be true when it comes to breast milk. My opinion only, and I'm not a doctor, just a daughter with her eyes wide open.

I’ve just reread this and it doesn’t actually mention human breast milk just a ‘breast milk compound ‘...I’m going to look around to find more info

Hi there

I found a lot of stuff on google about this...apparently the studies are on a protein compound from human breast milk...it’s no that new and some unscrupulous people have tried selling human milk to cancer sufferers

The problem with this is the milk could potentially harbour viruses or bacteria so you would have to obtain from a reliable source

It’s very interesting in theory and there’s been studies on mice which were promising

These studies though take many years before they are fda approved which is disappointing...we need something now!!!

We do need something now. I have to say I would still go for it for my Mom, who is 87, if I had a reliable known source for breast milk. I would not buy it from anywhere. We have a huge family, so maybe one of the youngsters will decide to add to the family in the near future. One can hope.

I read an article on how breast milk killed breast cancer cells in the Petri dish when I was in my 20s (i’m Now 52) I remember wondering at the time how mothers who were breast feeding could be diagnosed with breast cancer 🙂
