Does anyone have a cough on ibrance and letrozol I getting a coughing jag it almost makes me sick

Hi library2019, I have had a cough for at least a year and am on ibrance and letrozole. On investigation it was found that my hiatus hernia was causing irritation in the oesophagus hence the cough. I take omeprazole to calm it down and it is much better. Do you think you may have issues with indigestion, reflux etc? Good luck with finding the cause, Fay

Thanks I will certainly tell doctor it is so annoyingly it’s like a tickle and just won’t stop

I still have a bit of a cough on my 2nd cycle of ibrance, but it seems to be going away; hard to tell what's causing it though because it's the allergy season and we've been having the dust blow in from Africa here so .... I did read that coughing can be a side-effect and if it's not totally gone in another week I am going to ask for a dose reduction from 100 to 75mg on the ibrance. Prayers that you feel better! I've noticed a cough on the 7 days I'm on Ibrance (7 on, 7 off).

I've had a chronic cough ever since I've been on Ribociclib. Thought it was just a side effect. Worst if allergies are acting up. People think I have a cold. I don't. Onc listens to my chest, but never hears anything. The only thing that makes it go away is water.

Not me..but I have food allergies.

That's where my coughing comes from..I take allergy medication

persistent cough. different cough than prior to dx. still trying to determine if the cough is correlation with Ibrance and/or allergies? taking allergy immunotherapy.
