Platelet and fluid retention problem

I found out I have MBC in Nov. I’m on Ibrance and Arimidex. My platelets drop so low I have gone from 125mg to 100mg now going to try 75mg. I just got out of hospital because of pneumonia and I had so much fluid retention I felt like I was being crushed. In 5 days I have gotten 5 gallon of fluid out with lasix. I’m going to have to stay on lasix and cardio diet. Does anyone have a problem with fluid retention and dropping platelets so low.

I also wanted to know if anyone has a problem with the shots to strengthen the bones? I will no take them anymore. I jerked and shakes and twitched for 3 weeks!

I have having a terrible time with my platelets too. Last appt my onc said let's try 21 days of Ibrance 100mg with 2 weeks off! Fingers crossed!
