Perjeta and Herceptin

Is there anyone on here that is Her2 positive? My breast tumors are er + and her2.- but the Mets in my lungs are the exact opposite. I’ll be starting chemo Tuesday with taxotere, perjeta, and herceptin. Anybody else experienced this?

Also I have a whole unsealed bottle of 125 mg ibrance. Any ideas what I could do with it? Donation places?????

I’m er+ and her2+. I started my treatment with 6 cycles of taxol + carboplatin + herceptin + perjeta. This was little harsh initially- lost hair, nausea and tingling feeling in hands and feet. After this 6 cycles the tumours shrank significantly and from then on, am on maintenance therapy with herceptin and perjeta for the last 18 months with negligible side effects. I’m also taking aromasin orally for tackling the er+.

I meant to say sealed. I have a sealed bottle of ibrance that I don’t need?

Can you return it to the drug company since the seal has not be broken. I think their is others on this board who are her2 positive though most are negative. Blessings, Hannah

If your Oncologist Clinic has a pharmacy maybe you could take it to them and they could use them as samples or if someone has a change in doseage strentgh to get them through.
