Rash on chest on Ibrance-Letrozole

I have a light, dry rash on my chest that is quite sore and burns (vs itching). My oncologist doesn’t seem concerned. I haven’t read of this specific location as a side effect. Does anyone else have such a rash?

I don’t know if this is the same thing, but I get that itchy burning sensation on my scalp - can’t tell if there’s a rash. Benedryl seems to help.

I had a rash in middle of chest...diagnosed as shingles. Took meds for a week and now gone.

I had the same/similar rash, presented as a 1-2 inch wide "necklace" circling front and side of my neck and up into lower scalp on the back of my head! Now I understand when folks talk about their hair hurting/itching! Rash "suddenly" appeared, full breakout, on day 10 of my very first cycle of 125mg Ibrance. Itchy, red, no pustules; benadryl orally or cream did not touch it. Dr. stopped Ibrance and put me in a 5 day course of 10 mg Prednisone which cleared rash & itches up completely. Next step was to try just one 125 mg Ibrance on day 3 following completion of steroid course and see if allergic reaction reappears within 72 hours. If not, we can drop to lower dose of Ibrance...BUT ☹️...rash did reappear 36 hours after the "experiment" dose of 125 mg Ibrance. Not itchy at all, and not as wide spread, but red and dry. Seeing Doc tomorrow...she says she has "mountains of drugs" to try...anybody got any ideas? suggestions? Questions I should ask?
