I was on vercenzio in Nov 2018. I was on it for 4 weeks. It did not work well for me. Made me sicker with the awful diarrhea everyday. How is it working for you now?

Hi I am on my 6th week . Sorry it didn’t work for you . Can you try it again ? I take it with a banana in morning and lots of water and a diarrhea pill. It seems to be getting better . You are the only person that responded so I don’t know how scans or anything else is working . I feel like a guniea pig all alone . Are you ok on something else ? Thanks for responding xxoo

I am on taxol since nov 16th. I am on it once a week can tolerate it very well. I have ascites in the fluid in my stomach since nov 2017. The onc is trying to keep the cancer from getting into my stomach organs. I will have to ask, if I can go back to vercenzio ( I am so afraid of that drug). I know how you feel when no one responded to my post about vercenzio. It’s very new drug and many of the ladies on this site are on ibrance combo. I was on I ibrance/falslodex for 6 months till it stopped working. Then Zeloda, then vercenzio, now taxol. Talk about a Guinea pig... I wear that title well.. keep me posted on your progress. Glad the taxol is working but I do wish you could try the verzenio again. I had diarrhea bad for the first 3 weeks and without giving up I take it with a banana and applesauce in morning. Lots of water and Imodium pill. I’m not hungry for lunch but I eat toast , rice and black beans for dinner and take the second pills after and eat a banana and applesauce with pill and take another Imodium. Seems boring but it’s working. Xxoo

I was diagnosed way before the targeted drugs like Verzenio were around, but I got over 9 years from Faslodex, after almost five on Femara, and found Faslodex pretty easy to be on. When I started it, the two shot dose had not yet been FDA approved, and the one shot dose got that first progression under control pretty quickly, and when the second shot became FDA approved, my CA27-29 hit the "normal" range soon and stayed there awhile. I have bone mets only and so was also on Zometa and then Xgeva when it became FDA approved I would have stayed on Zometa, but I am allergic to it and needed pre meds, extra fluids and longer than usual infusion time. I don't know what it is like to be on Verzenio, but I have nothing but positive to say about Faslodex! (And my blasted "z' key keeps sticking which makes it hard to write about cancer meds! lol)

That’s great news , I have Mets bones but also 1 lymph node . I’m on FASLODEX as well , I hope it works . So happy for you xxoo

Hello my lovely ladies!!

I'm on Verzenio since June last year! My blood test are better every month! I had a scan in September and it was good. Most tumors are not active anymore...still working on right hip💪💪💪💪

I feel pretty good most of the time, I have no pain, energy level is good, I have a Bemer and I’m using it religiously,I also use Biomet, I take CBD and RSO oil, I do yoga, I walk a lot, I eat very little meat, No dairy products except in my coffee 😊. I drink only 1 cup of coffee a day (I know I shouldn’t but I love coffee)

I eat a lots of vegetables, a little fruit mostly berries, I juice evry day all greens, sometime wheatgrass not evry day haha, and very important ALL ORGANIC.

I make some of my own beauty product w essential oils, I did coffee enema every day but now w Verz’s side effects, I’m doing it every other day!

I have diarrhea maybe once a day, few times I took Imodium, but mostly I’m doing good! I also use sauna, acupuncture and Vitamin C infusion with VitaminB comp. and B 12, and glutathione (not cover by insurance, cost between $150-200)

Yes I am still taking it , my cancer blood test went down 10 points . So now my CA 15-3 went from 57 to 47 and CEA is at 2.5 . The diarrhea has subsided and the side effects went away. How are you doing on it ?

I’m doing good, I take half a banana in the morning with Verzenio (it's sweet and I really do not want to take a lot) and in the morning when I take my pills I also do Castor Oil Pack! I do not know if Castrol oil pack helps with diarrhea, but I have been using it for 2 years due to the Liver detox. I've had a 1.5 cm cancer on my liver and I do not have it anymore! Like I said I’m doing a lot of holistic therapy that may not play a direct role (or maybe do) in curing cancer, but they may help you cope with signs and symptoms caused by cancer! 😘❤️

in March I will have PET scan so fingers crossed!!

Wondering how you are doing? I am really interested in the holistic approach you have taken. I am just starting Faslodex and Verzenio today. I am a nurse so the side effects of those meds don't worry me much. I have been Vegan since August, MBC diagnosed in April and been juicing since then. How many times a day do you juice? I take several supplements and have been doing coffee enemas for a few weeks. I am very interested in the 2 oils you take. What is RSO Oil? Hope you are doing well.

Verzenio unfortunately stopped working after 10 months, petscan showed a deterioration and my oncologist put me on Xeloda and it is working well for

RSO-Rick Simpson Oil- is full extract of cannabis oil 😊...Ideal for pain relief, anxiety, stress...supposedly bad for cancer!

I also take supplements and iv vitamin c, glutathione, complex vit b, b12...couple times a month!

Green juice 2x a day in the morning and around 4pm about 10 oz each!Coffee enema every morning with 2-3 times a week Castor Oil Packs to liver detox! One time before enema and one time after enema! I hold oil on my liver for about 1h!

I also do H2om Float once a month😊 and hyperbaric oxygen chambers twice a month! I have huge support from my friends and family because all this is unfortunately very expensive!!

Hi. I’ve been taking that combo as well. I began in September. I am also working with my diet, taking Host Defense mushrooms and I’m also being treated with Tibetan traditional medicine. I seem to have less symptoms from the Verzenio as time goes by. I get the Faslodex shots once a month. Make sure the shots are administered slowly and you put weight on the opposite leg while getting the shots.
