That dar white blood cell count

Hi all. This coming week I take another blood work. The nurse said if my blood white cell count goes down anymore, they will either reduce the dosage (its 125 Ibrance) or have me take a break from taking Ibrance. I am keeping my fingers crossed and saying a prayer, that it won't go down more.

I read a lot about dropping to 100mg of ibrance and there is truly no difference

I went from 125 to 100 early on...going on 17th cycle Friday.

Good Morning SusieIM, I went from 125 down to 100 almost immediately and have been there ever since -- 2-1/2 years. I'm doing well. I was so worried when I first went down to 100, but honestly I can't tell a difference...accept of course I have most of my energy back!

Glad u r doing well. Two and a half years on ibrance and it is working is a very positive sign that this medication is promising as prevention for this horrible disease. I was wondering if anyone has been on it longer than that? I am on it for 16 months now along with faslodex.

In my third year, ibrance and letrozole. Ned since October.

I'm on cycle 8; am down to 75 mg with an automatic 2 weeks off due to low neutrophils and my recent scans show I'm stable. Ibrance is still doing the job. Praise God!

I’m going through the same thing. I just went through my first mo. And my counts are already down. I think some of it is because of mouth sores and could not eat right😕 Fingers crosses for us both.

Did you bump up your vit c and hydration for mouth sores. Also juicing and protien smoothies to get your nutrition when you're just not able to eat.

Hi I do the juicing but I dropped to 100 mg on my ibrance and that helped big time and I also started using Thieves oil from Forever Young and that really helps.
