I was diagnosed w/stage 4 bc feb 2016. It came back after 15 yrs when I had been diagnosed stage2b

I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer That mestized to my bones,sternum,hips and spine it was 15 years for myself too. I had stage 1 breast cancer hope all is going well.

Thank you for asking. Mine is in all the bones you mentioned above. Mainly in the sternum but also in hips, pelvis, sacrum, some spine. Also in my lungs but like 2 and 4 ml. Very small and they haven't grown thank God. I don't have any groups or support groups so this should be nice. I hope you are doing well too. How long has it been since you were diagnosed?

5 months I'm doing ok ibrance I'm having problems with making me sick lowering white blood count very low.

I had to lower my dosage once of Ibrance. I feel much better then I use to. Not looking forward to a long cold winter thought. It seems to exaberate some pain. But really my pain is not so bad.

I myself am not looking forward to the long cold winter. I'm feeling the pain but am up dressed and moving everyday!!!

I was diagnosed with stage 4, on pelvis, October 2015, 3 yrs after my first diagnosis of stage 2b...on Ibrance and Letrozole, zometa infusion every 6 weeks. Ibrance makes my WBC low (I get tired easily on my 3rd cycle, my hair is thinning big time)....

My hair has been coming back for last 2 months and I am on letrazole and Ibrance. So far it seems kind of thick (hair). 15 yrs ago after chemo it came back alot thinner.

My doctor has me on zometa infusions every 4 weeks. Im starting to have a bit of jawbone pain I need to tell him about though. It is a biosphnonate (sp?) and it can affect your jawbone

Partia, I think problems with the biophosphonate arise in the jaw if you have invasive dental work done such as an extraction or root canal. My doctor said to stay away from that of possible.

Thanks. I haven't had any work done but I needed one of those cleanings that deep scrape bone. Won't be doing that!! Sometimes I feel a little pain't on one side
