Hi all,

Just wanted to give you a heads-up about a clinical trial opportunity from RadComp, a patient-powered clinical trial comparing two types of radiation therapy (photon vs proton) in the treatment of #breastcancer. Full details are below to see if you qualify.

Study Summary: RadComp is a nationwide clinical study comparing two FDA approved radiation therapies for the treatment of breast cancer. This study was designed with input from breast cancer patients who told us they were most concerned about heart problems after radiation treatment and how treatment might affect their quality of life. Thus, this study seeks to learn which type of radiation, photon therapy or proton therapy, will help those with breast cancer avoid heart problems, live longer, and have a better quality of life.

For more information, visit the study website at radcomp.org or email radcomp@uphs.upenn.edu.

ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT02603341
