I tested positive for Chlamydia

I have been in a relationship for the last four and a half years. My partner is the only person i have been sexually involved with. In December of 2019 I was tested for HIV, gonorrhea and chlamydia. All tests came back negative. The only reason i had tests done was because i suffered a miscarriage and the healthcare providers at the emergency room offered while I was in the hospital. March of 2021 I went in for a UTI test and was also given a pap smear. I had a yeast infection and was not aware i was being tested for gonorrhea or chlamydia because i have only been with my same partner so i didnt think it was necessary. My gonorrhea test was negative. I tested positive for chlamydia. I understand there are false positives and false negatives but they are rare. Is it safe to say my partner has been sexually involved with another or other people?
