I wake up and my penis is erect. My left thigh has a faint buzzing feeling, like it feel asleep. I didn't ejaculate, but i think i almost had a wet dream. Can anyone identify what this is?

Best guess would be you have woken with a normal erection and the feeling is probably the way you have been laying. The faint buzzing is what we would describe as 'pins and needles'. Nothing to worry about unless it persistent.
