Hi I'd just like to say a massive hello and thank you for welcoming me into this group but I have been struggling majorly since a cardiac arrest I had a year ago and I struggle to speak but I can get my feelings out on paper etc and it got me thinking as I'm on furlough if there was to be a youtube video or a podcast for dealing and coping with anxiety what would you like to hear or see that would or could help you and get you listening or watching?

I hope this isn't against the rules and if so I'm very sorry I just wanted to do something good and worthwhile to help people like me who are in need and give myself something to keep my mind active and busy.
