Is anyone following Dr. Dean Ornish's plan to reverse heart disease?  If so, I would be very interested in discussing your experience/results. Thanks!

No but really its change life style isn't it. Food/diet, exercise, meditation for mind well being and love. I do this as much as possible but reverse is a strong word. Keep at bay maybe.

Yes reverse is a strong word, yet research points prominently to that.  That's why I'm asking if anyone can tell me about their positive results.  Yes, it is a definite lifestyle change.  Are you doing similar things?  Results?  Thanks!

I had a heart attack so I HAD to change my life style or die again.

So stopped smoking 40 a day. Stopped drinking 10 to 15 beers a day. Change my diet to a healthy low carb diet. And started Mindfulness for my head because that was a mess after.

Now 35kg lighter and exercising 1hr + a day eating really health I in great condition. And I retired early. And that has taken the stress away.

Do I need some doctor to lead me on this path, of course not he just making money from others on the back of what we should have been doing all along. Be careful of the quacks. Its not rocket science.

Wow really impressed Andyman, to give up so much and it seems to have benefited you immensely, have to agree with you that people are out to make money so as you have said go it on your own you have proved it is possible.
