Jakafi and night
Anyone else on Jakafi/
ruxolitinib
and have their head “racing” at bedtime? I guess sort of like you’ve had several cups of coffee and laid down to sleep.

Momelotinib for Myelofibrosis
Hi, I have been suffering from primary MF for 9 years and have been on
Ruxolitinib
. However recently I was advised that
Ruxolitinib
is no longer effectively managing my MF. My platelets and Hb are low and my spleen has enlarged again. My consultant is trying to get me approved for Momelotinib.

Jakavi advice please
The consultant suggests moving to
Ruxolitinib
and stopping the Peg, which I've been taking for 9 months now and doesn't appear to be effective. I've read up the info on
Ruxolitinib
and am a bit alarmed at the number of possible side effects.

Ruxolitinib Combinations Reduce Spleen Volume in Myelofibrosis: Combos with navitoclax/pelabresib led to more patients achieving reductions
Patients receiving pelabresib in combination with

reported fewer anemia adverse events compared with placebo plus
ruxolitinib
, and fewer patients in the combination arm required red blood cell transfusions.

Best treatment for Post PV/MF ?
Ruxolitinib
or interferon? I was diagnosed with pv in 2017. 2 years of hydroxy, then
ruxolitinib
at 20mg a day. A bmb in december showed progression to mf. Grade 2 fibrosis. The rux has recently been increased to 30mg a day along with 1 iron tablet on alternate days.

Transplant Route
I was diagnosed with primary MF 9 years ago and have been relatively well managed on
Ruxolitinib
for most of that time. Recently however my platelets have been consistently low, 37, 56, 59 and about same now.

Switch from Besremi to Ruxolitinib
Dear all After 18 months on Besremi my oncologist and I made the decision to move on and so am starting on Rux. In brief, I titrated up from 100 ug (Sep 2022) to 500 ug Bes and was at that dose for 9 months. I was CHR for the last 5 months of this period. My platelet count however crashed in Oct

Infections with Ruxolitinib
Just wondering how many of you have had lowered immunity from Rux. On the positive side, my spleen had been greatly enlarged, and Rux took it down very quickly. But not too long afterwards I found myself getting slightly feverish and very weak. Long story short, I ended up with pneumonia. Just starting

NICE Final Guidance on Ruxolitinib for the treatment of Polycythaemia Vera
Ruxolitinib
is already approved, in similar cases, for the treatment of PV patients in Scotland and Northern Ireland and we hope that the NICE recommendation will also be adopted in Wales in due course.

Ruxolitinib and skin cancers
I’ve just seen that
ruxolitinib
has now been approved for PV, which is great, BUT do take care of sun exposed skin.

Besremi and Rux Combined
I have a 6 month appointment on Monday and I wonder if any of you out there have been on a combined treatment of both Besremi and
Ruxolitinib
? If so, I would very much like to hear your thoughts. This forum is so VERY helpful, I continue to learn and benefit from all of the posts. Thank you!

Pegasys
Husband was started on Pegasys after being on
Ruxolitinib
since 2017.. He has Polycythaemia Vera He has coped really well with Rux but has had to come off owing to large amount of skin cancers over past 12months. Pruritus has been a big issue but Rux really was the answer.
