no, i dont think cramps has anything to do with RLS , I KNOW A LOT OF US WILL SAY THIS

Luckily mine clears up after taking vitamin medication. When settled I stop medication. Very unpleasant condition.

Looked at both links, alot of people get cramps at night and its not related to RLS. The second link on the Restless legs "cure" stuff. All those ingredients will help you sleep, as it says. but i doubt this type of pill will help with RLS. All these type of adverts you have to be aware of, they just want your money. Also, all herb type of pills even tho they say natural, can give side effects, just as any type of medication can. So be careful people when you see these adverts that say they can relief your RLS. or even cure it.

I totally agree with Tallula and Elisse!!

Elisse is right :)

There is a lot of good stuff in there to help relaxation and sleep. I use a some of them as essential oils. Warning though don't take anything containing 5 http if you are on ssri,s. Can have serious consequences as you will be taking too much of the active ingredient!. If I wasn't on Ssris I would certainly give it a go. Modern medicine isn't that helpful in my opinion so why not try an holistic approach.

Sorry 5 htp!

If they really found "the cure" It would be all over the news, I would think.

I hate to be the person who is so negative about treatments that work

for some people. I get a little defensive with my purchases..

For me, it's a no...

But thank you for posting! =)

I know it won't work to cure rls, but it may help some in other ways...I know using my oils makes me feel like I am doing something kind for myself and it helps my peace of mind!

that good, wish it would for me

Some of those holistic approaches do work very well for some people.

Aromatherapy can change my mindset very easily..

Thanks everyone for your views. I also feel the same but I feel it is good that Members are aware of these 'fixes' and the general views of other Members. Until my Tramadol 150's stop working for me I intend to continue with them.

This formula would bot help leg cramps or RLS. IT has a lot of herbals that are thrown in, but then the main ingredients are melatonin and tryptophan, which do aid with sleep, but not if you are having a raging RLS attack. Any ad that promises you a "cures" for money is one to stay away from. All the "cure" ads are basically the same. They always have the answer that "no one else has". Pure snakeoil. IF you want to try a product that may help you sleep, just get some plain melatonin, as it does the same thing to help reset your inner clock. There are dozens and dozens of fake cures. And, as Tallula says, "Leg cramps have nothing to do with RLS". Save your money, in my humble, but experienced opinion. There is no "magic cure' out there for RLS, like there is no magic cure for diabetes, Parkinson's,. etc. Better to stay with reliable web sites that do not promise you the world. many of us have up close and personal experience with these kinds of people. crooks.

"NOT " help RLS or cramps" (typo) ;)

and contrary to what the web site says, these products are not created "under the strictest FDA guidelines" quite the opposite. FDA stands for Federal Drug Administration in the US. and, everything has side effects, no matter what they claim, and can interact with other herbals or prescription drugs.

That's why I mentioned the 5 htp and Ssris. In my opinion as I've said before.......if folk are happy to try something and it won't break their bank and they have researched it for their other meds and go in informed then I see no reason to try whatever!! Nothing ventured nothing gained! It it may not cure rls but may help in other ways to make life more comfortable whether it be physically or mentally.
