This drug is mentioned quite often on this site. I expect someone will answer directly but you could also try searching using the spelling "trazodone" and you should be able to access previous posts on it.

Most people say it doesn’t make their RLS worse. A few say it does. I’m one of the few but I’m very sensitive to medication.

I take one 50mg Trazodone at bedtime along with Co-codamol 30/500. My RLS is pretty much under control after getting ferritin levels well up and starting Trazodone hasn't affected that.

Before starting Trazodone I was taking 2 co-codamol at bedtime but once on it was able to cut out one of those. It also helps me get to sleep, possibly by making me less likely to overthink things going on in my life as I try to nod off.

I used to take Trazadone a few years ago and it didn't increase my RLS. Pippps

It's generally one of the 2 medicines for depression, although it also helps anxiety and insomnia that are regarded as safe for RLS but as Birdland noted for a few it makes RLS worse.
