Oat milk

Further to my last post about getting a referral for an iron infusion, I thought group members might also be interested in the fact that I have found that drinking a mug of warm unsweetened oat milk (we use Alpro), flavoured with decaf coffee, seems to minimise my RLS. It's still there, but not so badly as to stop me getting to sleep eventually.

Last night I tried unsweetened almond milk instead (less calories) and was up again with RLS until 5.30 am!
