Having had to spend a couple of thousand £ in trying to get help with severe augmentation on Pramipexole I have found a young Neurologist who practices at Royal Stoke in the Midlands. He is not an expert but wants to learn and really listens. He has joined this forum and also become a member of the RLS USA too.
I have seen him three times now and asked him to keep a watching brief on the behaviour of my GP towards this problem. The GP surgery keep trying to reduce my meds without telling me. They are irresponsible but even so the best in the area.

That is great that he is wants to learn ! Refer him to the Mayo Clinic Updated Algorithm on RLS which will tell him everything he wants to know about it including the latest treatment at
Fantastic. All he has to do is spend a few hours reading the posts & he'll realise the scale of suffering & the dreadful ignorance & negligence of most Doctors.There is hope.
